The communications tools for report notifications and alerts within LOAMS℠ enable users to set their own preferences when it comes to the sample information they receive and how they receive it.
They can choose reports of a specific severity level – in English, Spanish or Chinese – at a frequency sufficient for their program role. Sample reports can then be viewed through an emailed link for logging in or in a PDF or an Excel format attached to an email or sent by fax.
